I am missing some products in a delivery – what should I do?

If you have any products missing in a delivery, please let us know the same day in order that we can investigate. WhatsApp is the easiest way, or email team@heidibakery.co.uk. We then let you know what has happened and issue a credit note accordingly.

Where can I get allergen information?

If you need a list of allergens, please contact us on WhatsApp, and we will provide the details.

Please note: we cannot guarantee that any of our products are free from specific allergens. As a small artisan environment, we take every care to minimise cross-contamination, but this cannot be completely eliminated.

Our vegan and NGCI (no gluten-containing ingredients) products are made following vegan recipes or those without gluten. However, they may still contain traces of allergens. It is your responsibility to communicate this information to your customers.

How do I create an account for MarketMan?

Once you’ve completed your Direct Debit mandate and Supply Contract, you’ll receive a SMS to your mobile inviting you to download the MarketMan app and create an account.

Use the first link to create your password. You’ll use this with your mobile number to login.

Use the second link to find the MarketMan app on your app store (iOS / Android).

Once the MarketMan app is downloaded, you’ll be able to use your mobile number and the password you created to login.

Once you’re logged in, you’ll be able to create your orders using New Order. 

What’s the process to becoming a customer and start receiving deliveries?

Once you’ve made an enquiry, one of our team will be in touch to discuss more about what you need. We’ll also send across a full product and price list for your consideration.

If there’s a match, we’ll ask you to complete a New Account form, a Direct Debit mandate and a Supply Contract ahead of us being able to take orders.

Once this is done, you’ll be invited to MarketMan, our EDI system, which will allow you to place your first order! We’ll follow up afterwards to make sure everything went smoothly.

How often do you deliver?

We deliver 7-days a week before 9.30am, every day of the year except for Easter Sunday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years’ Day.

What are your billing terms?

Weekly direct debit – with invoices every Monday for the previous week and payments taken on Thursday. A Direct Debit mandate must remain in place at all times.
